Welcome to Eat With Mellow! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of https://eatwithmellow.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. Who we are
Eat With Mellow is a banana recipe blog operated by Oussama ben, based in Morocco (“we,” “us,” “our”).

All content on the Site, including recipe text, instructions, stories, photos, images, graphics, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Eat With Mellow and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
What you’re welcome to do
- Make our recipes at home, as often as you like.
- Print recipes for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Pin our recipes on Pinterest and share links to our posts on social media.
- Share one photo from a post on your blog or social media, as long as you clearly credit Eat With Mellow and include a link back to the original recipe post.
- Write about a recipe you made from our Site in your own words, with a link back to the original post.
What we ask you not to do
- Copy or republish our full recipes, instructions or posts on another website, app, book or social media account, even with credit.
- Use our photos or images without permission, except as described above.
- Remove watermarks, credits or copyright notices.
- Use our content for commercial purposes (including selling it or including it in products, courses or ebooks) without our written permission.
- Scrape, copy or collect content from the Site with automated tools, including to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

3. Comments and ratings
We love hearing how your recipes turned out! When you leave a comment or star rating, you agree that:
- your comment is your own and honest,
- it does not contain anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, misleading, spammy or promotional,
- it does not include other people’s personal information or content you don’t have the right to share.
By posting a comment, you give Eat With Mellow a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, reproduce and share your comment on the Site and in our communications (for example, a reader review in our newsletter). You keep ownership of what you write.
We may edit, refuse or remove any comment at our discretion, for example to remove spam or keep the community kind.
4. Recipes, nutrition and safety
Our recipes and articles are for general information and home cooking inspiration only. They are not medical, nutritional or professional advice. Please read our Disclaimer, which covers nutrition estimates, allergies, food safety and our baby and toddler recipes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. This does not take away any mandatory protections you have under the laws of the country where you live.
